What we do
Independence Ridge is a property improvement business in Austin, Texas. We handle residential and commercial projects across roofing, remodeling, decks and outdoor living, concrete work, solar, and landscaping — coordinated through a single point of contact rather than a scatter of subcontractors billing you separately.
The trades that require Texas licensure — roofing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, solar installation — are performed by properly licensed subcontractors we bring onto the job. We hold the schedule, the scope, and the accountability with you. If something goes wrong, one phone number gets it fixed.
Where we work
Austin proper and the surrounding Hill Country — Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Marble Falls, Georgetown, and the rural properties in between. If you're outside our usual footprint, call and ask; we've made exceptions for the right project.
How we work
- Site visit before quoting. We come to the site to scope the work before writing anything up.
- Written scope. Every project gets a written scope of work, timeline, and price before anyone touches a tool.
- One accountable contractor. You call us. We call the trades. If a subcontractor is behind, we handle it.
- Warranty in writing. Every project ships with a written warranty covering the work we performed and, where applicable, the manufacturer warranties on the materials we install.
