These Terms of Service govern your use of the Independence Ridge website. Independence Ridge is a residential and commercial property improvement business serving Austin, Texas and the surrounding Hill Country. By using this website you agree to the terms below. If you and Independence Ridge sign a separate written services agreement for a specific project, that agreement controls the actual work; these Terms cover the website only.

1. About us

Independence Ridge is a Texas-based property improvement business. Where a service on our site requires a Texas trade license (roofing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing), that portion of the work is performed by properly licensed subcontractors we bring onto the job. We stay the single accountable point of contact for our customers.

2. The website is informational

Everything on this website — descriptions of services, sample project references, pricing ranges, timelines — is provided for general information. It is not a binding quote or an offer. Actual scope, price, and schedule are set only in a written estimate or contract that we prepare specifically for your project after we have seen the site.

3. Estimate requests

When you submit a request for an estimate, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request work on the property you describe. We will contact you to schedule a walkthrough or gather more detail. Submitting a request does not create a contract for work to be performed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications; not to attempt to interfere with the site's operation; and not to use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

5. Intellectual property

The Independence Ridge name, logo, site design, photos of our completed work, and written content are our property. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not copy substantial portions of the site or use our name and imagery to imply endorsement of another business without written permission.

6. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, manufacturer pages or licensing lookup tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

This does not limit any warranty or remedy you have under a signed project contract with us, or any rights you have under Texas consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising out of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
